Manager Communication:
I think it would be advantageous to customers buying tickets in Lobby bar or online, that we notate the aisle. As someone who generally makes sure I can exit to hit the bathroom as needed this is something useful. When I was helping a lady yesterday in lobby I showed her the easiest access to the aisle.  If we can update that on filmbot I think it would possibly cut down on the random people entering the server stations by accident.-LB
The apple ID at Trees needs to be signed into or something. The notification pops up quite often and is kind of cheesy.-LB
The Creature from the Gowanus Canal now lives in Trees Lounge. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:  
Got Lydia out of here around 8. I asked her to do a few things before she took off, some of which she did not do.I will speak with her about this tomorrow. There are times when she doesn't seem to be a team player, in ways of restocking glassware, bussing tables. Just trying to get to that place of real support as a team, which is generally there. I will log this in 7shifts.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Caleb pitched a really, really good idea of a Fried Green Tomatoes vibe bloody Mary for summer. I love this idea and will play around with it for sure!
Sabrina also mentioned that people always ask what the sweetest drink is, so I assured her that I will have an answer for all the servers the day of menu launch. Happy to do a FAQ sheet for them about cocktails, beer and wine so they feel prepared for whatever questions come their way,-LB
Torrey is a server now!! I caught up with him when I was routing his tickets to Trees Lounge and he wasn't sure where the Sangiovese was on the POS. I think that we can add a little tutorial to orientation for new servers so they are familiarized with the things they might not know on the beverage side of things. -LB

Something I forgot to mention on Friday is people starting tabs by tapping. I was behind the bar during a rush and a few times when guests wanted to close out their name was under as "CARDHOLDER/VISA" this is due to tapping when opening a tab as opposed to inserting. I was unable to mention during the rush and forgot at the the end of the night. Could we mention this in the weekly bar email? It might seem faster in the moment but when people are closing out it is pretty annoying having to run through items to see what the guest ordered. I will mention to each bartender I see in person. - AB
Getting a Canva pro subscription for the bar team to make fun images for our IG and specials announcements?
We have a habanero fire tincture that is super spicy and efficient.  If adding a spicy option button for bloody Mary would be viable on the new menu. Dare I say margaritas too, I know this is a hot topic, but this stuff is easy to use.-LB

We also got yellow printer paper but it's Lift-Off Lemon. Lift off Lemon is no good so we gotta do a return. The paper is on the counter top outside of the Office. It is labeled as "Being Returned!" Rebecca, Carly and Wyatt know the lowdown with the paper. SOLAR YELLOW IS WHAT WE WANT! It's what we need. - AB2
Union beer came today, going to get on the earlier in the week delivery for Union to stagger the crowding of the walk-in.-LB

Maintenance:
I saw Ian's note on the wobbly table in Tree's and added it to the NPP Maintenance doc. - AB2
Grabbed the Allen wrenches from Projection to tighten this table. Ariel also tightened the chairs in Trees. We are both ordering a set of Allen wrenches so we don't have to pester projection for their coveted equipment. -LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
