Manager Communication: 
I went to input Red Hulk Smash count into the POS, but no one had added the count for the first batch. Are we doing this still? I was gonna track garnishes this way.  -LB
The marmalade simple syrup needs to be strained. I strained the batch of Just Roar and the simple. It is clogging the dishwasher and the store and pours.-LB
Wow, what a fun day. Socket fun all around.  
Pretty busy day unsurprisingly. Lydia really cranked out lobby bar. Maya carried Trees solo until Gabrielle arrived and they were steadily busy through the printer crisis. Everyone kept their cool all around, again the staff here is impressive in all regards. -LB
I ordered a chai concentrate from Baldor that in my opinion is subpar all around. I reached out via their website to troubleshoot in case anyone gets an email response to which I am not included. Thank you.-LB 
Some  detritus was observed in the Winter G&T at Lobby bar, Lydia dumped and repoured with my consent. Could be sediment from the sherry etc but just noting this. I do think that cleaning our lines more often than every three months makes sense when things this sweet are running through them. -LB

Lauren got me up to speed about the insane day (MobileBytes behaved for the rest of the evening, thank our lucky stars) and Gil and Dee held it down on the floor. I was back and forth between the bars and bar prep all night and everything seemed to go quite smoothly. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
I think that Gabrielle would make a fantastic lead bartender. She really emphasizes the positive elements of service. I believe she is a good example to others and someone to emulate.-LB

Bryan is meticulous. His closes are always extremely thorough and I always feel assured that everything will be set up for the next bartender. Love that. 
I concur with Lauren's assessment re: Gab - she was on point tonight, and it was a long busy one for her. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Siete and Monica kicked ass tonight. Same with Sabrina. - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Ariel, feel better. Maybe the bar team at NH can get sponsored by Mucinex. 

Special Events?
Mandy had a good crowd, and a decent drink rush at the pass. Trees stayed busy until around 10p. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
