Manager Communication:
Solid night that started getting busier as the night continued. I would be expecting more business since the drama at The Alamo is going on. We were busy and every theater that was not sold out got real close to it at the end. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Maya and Patrick stayed a lil longer than usual because it was busy today. Downstairs theaters were selling out and poppin'. Everyone was great tonight. - AB2

We are down to two cans of Lyre's and several bottles, so Gus is going to bring some cans over from NWB this weekend. JH

update- I brought the cans with me, along with a sample bottle of Pandan Liqueur and some rums -Gus

We are really low on Milagro Liter bottles. I saw it Thursday and thought to myself "I bet we can survive the weekend with what is out there" Turns out- not so much. My bad. Tell the bartenders to not throw the bottles out. We can refill with the 1.75L for a few days and just bask in the fact that we are saving .12/oz every time. -Gus

Maintenance:
Towards the end of the night I went to change the Gansett keg. After changing it, the water bottle that typically fills up with foam was overflowing. I was not doing anything out of the ordinary but it was still coming out. I have never experienced this but as long as the Gansett keg was connected, the black line that empties in the bottle would not stop going. I had to disconnect the Gansett in order to get it to stop. I called Gus and he was able to come in. Keep an eye on it tomorrow. - AB2

The issue kept going and we ended up having to reverse the flow from underneath the black square device under where the bob (the guy that goes up and down and I always mess up when changing kegs) is. It was very stuck and we resorted to using steam to loosen it. Any and all thoughts on how to stop this would be greatly appreciated. Ariel called me around 11:15 and we Facetimed, it was so loud and crazy sounding that I just let it ride

Mobilebytes Issues: 
Just Roar had been categorized as Liquor, which threw off some inventory numbers.  I was able to update it in Heartland, which then correctly categorized all of the sales from this week and made the math look great. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
