Manager Communication: 
Very sleepy first round, but ticket sales definitely picked up for the dinner round.  Heart Eyes didn't open with a bang, but it may end up being one of those 'has a better second weekend than opening weekend' since everyone who watched it said it's great. JH

Customer Comments:
We had some guests have a lil party thang, in Tree's. They had a cake and thangs. I brought out the event plates and we were able to play their music video celebration. They had a good time and we had fun. They were very nice and had a great time. I charged them for the cake fee and everything has been put back to where it belongs. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Sad to have no Matthew but everyone was great. Tevon got out after batching around 8:15ish. Bryan stayed till things slowed down around 10ish. Gabrielle rocked out lobby solo! Natasha absolutely killed it and closed Tree's solo. All around good night with a dope squad. - AB2

Hiring/Training: 
Jeremy let me know that the new runner, Brittany, never got to do her Trees introduction.  She is working tomorrow morning, so she will come up to Trees at some point just to have a walkthrough of the layout with any available bar manager. JH

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Matthew was still feeling poorly, so he let me and Ariel know this morning that he would not be able to work his closing shift tonight.  Based on sales, Ariel and I felt that we could definitely run with just two bartenders at Trees this evening. JH

Spoke to Matthew @ 6:00pm and he said that he will be able to work his lobby brunch shift tomorrow morning.  Let's just make sure he gets first cut when the mids come in. JH

Special Events? 
PSP will be having their next meet up at Trees Lounge Friday, February 28th.  It has been added to the NPP Events Calendar. JH

Someone left a dark green infinity scarf in TH5. She came back looking for it but we had no luck because a movie was playing. She sat at 5205/5206.

Someone left a big Orange wallet. I was able to find her email and I contacted them. I left the wallet in the safe. Their name is Kasi Addison, Email: Micahandme17@gmail.com. I contacted them with the main computer we get info mail in so expect a response there. I labeled it in the safe. - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Singlecut arrived before doors, so we were able to un-86 it before doors.  Empire & Southern arrived. Baldor arriving tomorrow morning. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
