Manager Communication:  The plex and apple TV in Trees was acting out. Jack tried to fix but got pulled back to theaters for showtimes.-LB

There were lots of random tools in both bars so I pulled them and put them in the tool box in liquor room.-LB

Patrick is ready to experiment on his vermouth. He needs orange wine to start and will touch base tomorrow with on duty managers.-LB

For the weekly bar email, please ask bartenders to not 86 the draft beers at Trees with masking tape. I will find another solution.-LB

Also we need to start fresh upon the new menu launch or sooner if possible, of not having so bulky back ups behind both bars. With the bartenders restocking and managers able to bring stuff on the ready, it really is likely to be causing product to not be peak.-LB

Was speaking to Miss Malice when waiting for their ride and it would be fun to do some shared content on IG of these shows. Perhaps installing a fixed camera in theater 2 so we can capture performances like this or Q and A's would be a useful idea. If so, I got a guy.-LB


BAR Staff Observations: Matthew and Tevon set up the day for success. Patrick and Gab just nailed a pretty busy night for this cold evening. It is so lovely to have such nice and hardworking people on the bar team.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Monica rules. She was annoyed at an ex-employee disparaging the NH experience. A true gem of morale.-LB



Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jenn

Special Events? Nosferatu Drag. I do think scheduling these events slightly earlier would be more fruitful financially.  This crowd likes to pre-game and post-game, but Trees shuts down and having only one bartender to serve while closing is difficult. Having the event wrap by 11:15/11:30 would allow for one more round at the bar, also these events can run a little behind, just an idea.-LB



86ed / counts on items: Rockaway is coming tomorrow. 

Prep List:  I batched honey syrup, simple. We need some stuff to do Spirit of comfort. 

Need Peach Tea concentrate.  We need another Winter G&T batched along with updating the name on the draft lines at the bars. Patrick pulled the G&T off the charge 15 minutes early because it kicked and I was covering lobby bar. It does seem a little darker in color if it might need an hour of charge tomorrow prior to service. -LB


Pay Outs: $24 for Patrick Vermouth ingredients. $25 for bar groceries

Lost & Found?: I put the black sweater that's been floating from chair to chair in MOD office in the lost and found. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor coming tomorrow. US Foods coming Friday. 

I ordered us a replacement part for our empty frozen machine chamber. Should arrive in 3-7 days. -LB

Maintenance:  The soda gun at Trees that has haunted us is getting stuck on the Diet coke button. Definitely should reach out to coke ASAP.-LB

Gus married two bubblers together and now we have one that works. And one that needs to be disposed of.-LB
