Manager Communication:
I dropped a case of Dry Curacao. We were able to save one but the others are victims of the streets now. My bad y'all. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: 
Really similar service to yesterday, basically followed the same schedule, which was nice.  Tevon volunteered to take the first cut.  Patrick floated up to Trees once the last The Brutalist screening settled and got Jeshua through the special screening's initial service push.  Once both bars were set for the rest of the night, Patrick was able to get out of here and Jeshua and Matthew closed each bar without issue. JH

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Natasha was not feeling well today. I marked her as sick on 7Shifts and we should be good with 4 Bartenders tonight. - AB2

Maintenance:
Upon spilling the case of Dry Curacao, Stewart came up to say that alcohol was coming from the hood vents into the hot line. I was looking around for a while in the liquor room but could not find anything. I did not want to do water testing during service but definitely something for us to know about. - AB2

The Trees bubbler was running, but without any of the cooling component, causing the product inside to turn.  The bubbler has been empty and cleaned, and the product was tossed (3L Lemonade & 4L Peach Sweet Tea). JH

Mobilebytes Issues:
With regards to the n/a product at Trees that needed to be tossed today, I had planned to ring it in as a spill tab tomorrow.  However, Tevon did the math for how many glasses of Lemonade & Peach Sweet Tea were lost, and rang in an inaccurate Spillage tab.  Unfortunately, I didn't catch this until after the Trees bank was closed, but I am in tomorrow morning and will make sure to input the correct spillage cost. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
