Manager Communication: 
First round was very busy on the first floor with Wicked and Babygirl almost sold out combined with the Mufasa theater swap.  All three theaters opened close in time to each other, and were also some of the first theaters open for the day.  But service went well, Gabrielle handled the rush for all three theaters, servers were able to support each other, and I handled a deluge of walk-in ticketing at Filmbot.  Second round was definitely a bit more mellow on the first floor by comparison. JH

Customer Comments: There was a guy who was with a date who looked very young. Natasha ID'd them both- the date didn't have ID, but had it on her phone. The guy said that both the drinks were for him, but he let her "have some to try it." I intervened and he was very indignant, but said they were for him again and then went into the mez. I went up and the drink was right in front of her, but she wasn't drinking it. They then went into the movie. I have noticed an uptick in both young people who are coming in with other people and "not drinking" and just young people running off to the mez. This is something I do want to tackle. -GS

BAR Staff Observations: Our team is awesome. Matthew and Natasha really killed it tonight. -GS

FOH Staff Observations: Rebecca and Vinny are really hard workers. New server Rachel is great as well -GS

Jess had Conrad make a sign for the Mezz, alerting guests that no one under 21 years of age is permitted on mezzanine after 7:00pm.  I placed it in a stanchion at the base of the Mezz stairs, but if we figure out better placement we can definitely move it. JH

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
