Checked on Fast Kathy's website and they have the nufoam powder soap that we should get. Will touch base with Jenn on this Tuesday.-LB
So I batched 3 specialty cocktails that I realized I did not the count into the POS, which is funny since this was my idea. I am putting a little reminder on those recipes in the binder so I don't forget. -LB
Restocked the wine in the walk-in. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha lapping the servers for brunch. Matthew opening lobby like a champ. Dream team.-LB
Patrick is going to come in early on Wednesday and work on his vermouth with me.-LB
Natasha relieved Matthew in Lobby so he could cut early around 4:15p. Pretty light rounds since the brunch round. Hopefully it'll pick up for dinner. - LB
*Ron Howard Voice* It didn't pick up for dinner. Twas a very chill evening, but the Trees crowd continues to be robust. We also had a good amount of people stick around before and after movies to watch the NFC/AFC Championships (GO BIRDS). Got Patrick out of here a little before 8:00 and Jeshua and Darius rocked it out at Trees and Lobby respectively. - IP

I ordered another coffee airpot as one was fully broken and leaking. I also ordered a replacement lid because on lid is broken.-LB 
Union is coming tomorrow-LB

Maintenance:
The urinal on the far left in the Trees Lounge bathroom overflowed and flooded the back corner a little bit, earlier this evening. Conner alerted me and Vlad was on the scene immediately. He got the urinal working and not leaking - but it may need someone to take a deeper look at some point if it continues to present issues. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
