Manager Communication:  I think my experiment with coffee bitters has proven to be successful. Would love for anyone that likes Manhattans to give feedback on the coffee Manhattan I am working on.-LB 

Entered a new recipe on Bevager and want to go over adding ingredients for this with Gus as some of the entries seemed odd to me.-LB

Customer Comments: When I was routing theater 7 Kyah had just gotten a note from a table that their sodas were flat and they did not drink them, they also wanted water.  She was going to take them off their check. I encouraged her to check if they had in fact not imbibed them. They had not had much.  She got them fresh ones and I think this alleviated their dismay. I poured their sodas and they were not flat at the time, so yes sitting sodas get flat. I told her to let me know if they were still displeased.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: Greg is getting more acclimated to the ways of the Nitehawk. Don't be shy pointing out stuff he doesn't know, I had to give him shit for making a mimosa with ice, lol.-LB

I brought the Paquera mezcal down to get Jeshua's opinion on it. We tasted it against the Rosaluna and it is definitely more delicious and cheaper.  Jeshua has pretty deep knowledge of Mezcal. I had him write down a few of the brands he recommends and will price check ahead of tomorrow's bar meeting.-LB

After price checking, LOL Jeshua must have worked at a high end Mezcal bar. I do think getting one nice mezcal for Trees Lounge would be cool.-LB

I have mentioned to Maya to make sure both bar doors are closed when she is gone, but both were open when she was upstairs helping Jeshua. I will remind her of this again since Nick was not in the Lobby at the time.-LB*When Maya left Lobby bar Nick was still in the lobby. When I went down for him to do the walk-through he went back up to check the second floor. He came down to check the bathrooms with me and I asked if he check theater 3 since it has just fully finished and it was a four hour long movie. Two people were in there so I am glad I did. I noted to Maya that he might not stay in the lobby as expected.-LB
