Manager Communication: Ordered a c-fold towel holder and hand soap dispenser for the dishpit in Trees Lounge as managers often want to wash our hands but it is a large detour to do so. Also having C-folds too for many things would rock. -LB
If anyone has eyes on the sour/chamoy style powder that arrived from Amazon for R&D.-LB
I forgot to put on football due to the fire issue, but no one seemed to mind. Also thanks for putting Marathon Man on the rotation at Trees so I can remember to start running again and go to the dentist. -LB
The arcade games are gone at Trees, seems like a heist of great difficulty. What will go in their place?
A tiny service bar for rentals would be cute, albeit dubious legally speaking.-LB
Customer Comments: A concerned neighbor came over to tell us that our roof is possibly on fire. I got her number and she texted me a video. Jeremy and I went up to check it out and confirmed some disconcerting flames in the hood vent. We turned off the MUA in kitchen as per Matthew's recommendation and he will be following up with HVAC to make sure nothing is out of order. -LB
BAR Staff Observations: Bloody Mary garnish seems revived due to brine, team has obliged. -LB
Bryan held down Trees after Patrick got cut post-Killer Klown rush. Maya rocked the lobby. Ariel got everyone in good spirits on this cold Monday.-LB
FOH Staff Observations: a lot of support for each other seen during these long showings. Everyone seems pretty helpful pitching in as a team.-LB
Hiring/Training:
Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Special Events? Killer Klowns from Inauguration Day. Year One.
Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
So I read the Nufoamicide label and as I suspected it is a sanitizing rinse. We need to implement a three sink situation in the Lobby and I recommend doing so also for Trees. Glasses need to hit dish detergent then a rinse sink then they can be sanitized. Nufoam makes powder and liquid dish soap, the powder is a bit more manageable as to not overload the sink with bubbles. I bet FastKathy would have it since she carries the sanitizer. I could not locate it on any other vendors we regularly use. Also all three sinks need to be hot and changed regularly to remain effective.-LB

I am leaving an envelope in lobby with passes for the concerned neighbor that flagged our roof, Jen Kob-LB
Overall a pretty cool Monday night with a slightly more active vibe to it than a non-holiday Monday.-LB
Printed the Winter Garnish Guide and put behind Trees Lounge and Lobby Bar.
I took down the old Weekly Bar Cleaning Duties sheet in Trees to remind us to update it tomorrow as a team.that needs to be updated. -LB
The vibe on Mezz seems solid. All folks vacated before 7pm that should have and it was chill vibes.-LB

I also would like to remind the bar team to make sure they have all the tools they need in Lobby bar. I had to make two martinis stirred with a stick when covering the bar. -LB

Brought up cereal from the kitchen. I will try and grab more egg replacer on way in tomorrow or Wednesday.-LB
Maintenance:
Maintenance:
Bounty Law in Lobby was not freezing. I messed with it a little but not sure what the issue could be. Can someone with a better knowledge of the frozen take a look before I call it broken. - AB2
I threw out the bag-in-box lemonade in the soda closet that expired in 2023.-LB
In addition to the door on lowboy at Trees, the middle lowboy in lobby is very difficult to move around and probably needs same maintenance tune up.-Lb

I brought my plant water meter to check on Connie since she is sad. I also am going to mist her leaves tonight. Rubber ficus likes humidity and also needs the leaves dusted. I was planning to do that but I am too tired to ladder more after the roof excursion. Connie is still pretty well-watered from last Tuesday. She seems happy and has new buds so that is a great sign for a ficus. -LB
