Manager Communication:
Just wanna put it out there that I do not have access to NPP's Bevager. I cannot put in any invoices or anything for here just in case anyone's out and y'all need me to step in. Can someone hook me up with access? - AB2


BAR Staff Observations: Darius was banging out the restock and breaks for Maya and Bryan before tapping out. Lydia tapped out a little early to join her sister who is visiting in a movie, pretty slow rounds. Maya rocking downstairs as always. -LB
Maya told me that she was helping a customer on filmbot and after the transaction was done she was talking with them further. A kitchen staff member was on the 3/5 service pass and started waving. The customer said "oh someone needs you" and Maya went to speak with kitchen staff. They had said they had been waiting for 5 minutes and that they are customers too. Maya explained that guest interactions always take precedent no matter what and that they should understand this.  I don't know if it is someone new working that is unaware that we need to honor the guests in front facing ways first.  She felt the employee doesn't understand that we need to prioritize guest experience at all times despite our needs as employees.-LB


Staff Meeting Agenda notes: bar sink water temp, mini bar fridge at the end of Trees under POS? 
More details about changes for bar staff. ie. Bryan didn't know that a deep clean wasn't still required of frozen machines. And Maya didn't initially find the email because it wasn't in her regular inbox. I know we try to keep the notes tight, but it seems like they want more information.-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
We got a US Foods order (Invoice in Bar Prep bin) and an order from Baldor (Could not find invoice slip). We got plenty sodas and also got a bunch or Saratoga's, Purees, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, OJ, Honey, Bitters. The heavy hitters. - AB2

We also received a package that had the black magnets for the bubblers. There were 4 of those total. We also got a beer tap for the stout/Cold brew. - AB2

Maintenance: I am going to have Bryan defrost the small fridge while he closes tonight as it is caked with snow.  Gus can you close the door and put ice trays back in when you arrive!
Gus can you and I try to fix the doors towards the exit at Trees? I think some ball bearings or WD-40 might make it move smoothly. -LB
Matthew, the Lobby gate closed without incident today. So if you want to give it a few tries tomorrow to see what you think regarding it being fixed.-LB

Mobilebytes Issues: I got some feedback from the bar team regarding the order of the POS. There isn't stylistic consistency. Like if you list the brewery vs the beer name. Or alphabetizing items in one section. It was also noted that Ten to One is still not in the area with the other well liquors.-LB

Filmbot Issues:
My manager pin was not working for staff tickets in Filmbot - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
