Manager Communication:
I realized at the end of the night that the Cacao Raspberry syrup was not made. It is my fault for not double checking with Tevon to make sure that was done. Sorry y'all.
Cacao Water needs to be strained tomorrow as well. - AB2

Customer Comments: we had a Jack Daniels person come in and do a small spend and there was a customer whom I recognize, Tevon knew him, and he was quite awkward with her. Downright rude. She told me about it. She didn't want anything to happen.

BAR Staff Observations:
Gabrielle killed it in Lobby solo and I was able to get Bryan out around 7:30ish. Natasha and Matthew were a dream in Tree's (No Surprise). Tevon batched and got out of here probably around 8. - AB2

Hiring/Training: Greg day 1. Binder was filled out by Tevon with Gus. Tevon said he seems fine but just needs to slow it down a bit. - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
We got some Amazon orders in today. We got a dry erase board, Emerg-n-c, Hydrogen Peroxide, and a lil Vacuum. - AB2

Maintenance: I found more spare parts for the bubbler. I took it out of trees. Took it apart, cleaned it a bit and put it back together- I think it should be working alright now.

The new frozen machine was acting really weird. I messed with the settings. Worked it a little bit. Hoping that will suffice. Please keep an eye on it tomorrow.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
