Manager Communication:

Daniel was out today and I ended up being in theaters a lil more than usual because of that and also that people kept giving us issues in the theaters. I was unable to get to as much batching as usual. - AB2

Customer Comments:

Today started with a bang and it continued throughout the whole night in a not so fresh way. - AB2

I got a call from TH7 that a guest was being difficult. I went down and Dwight and I escorted her out. She has been here multiple times and I hear has mental issues. She demanded a refund and then did not stop talking... giving us a bit too much information (I haven't had sex in over 2 years and I'm bleeding out my pussy... this is only the beginning). After letting her tire herself out from talking, she saw her way out. She came back about 10 minutes later to use the bathroom. Upon exiting, she kept asking me why she was kicked out. I reached a point where nothing I say was going to help the situation. I told her we are done here tonight and she can go. She kept talking about her being black and a rape victim... Dwight told me he had it covered so I walked away and that was the end of that. - AB2

Tiffany gave us a call from TH6 about two girls (6305) that were being rude. They had waved her down and then when she picked their drinks they made kissy sounds towards her. I went in to speak with them but then got called to the lobby. Wyatt ended up speaking to them. One of the girls was apparently very rude while the other seemed decent. After being in Tree's for about an hour after, one of the girls came to the bar and wanted to speak with a manager. She told me that she was in TH6 and wanted to speak with me on the side. She pretty much told me that no one made any kissy noises towards Tiffany. She said she came in often and that she loves it here and how she feels terrible that Tiffany felt uncomfortable serving them (She noticed another server helped them for the duration of the film). She seemed sincere and wanted to speak with Tiffany to express her apologies to the misunderstanding. I told the guest I could ask Tiffany but no promises for her to want to speak to her. Tiffany wanted no part (understandably so). I told the lady that since she had came here often and that they have never had an issue, I would give them a couple passes for them to give us another try but if they are an issue again, we would act accordingly.  She told me she sent an email before I spoke to her. I later found out her tab was comp'd and felt bad because I expressed what happened to Tiffany and she felt as though we rewarded them for bad behavior. I think she is right and I feel bad about how I may have handled the situation. In hindsight I should have stepped away (when I spoke with Tiffany) and talked with Wyatt to have an understanding of the entire situation and then moved accordingly. Please let me know what y'all would have done or if there is a way I could have handled the situation better for the future. - AB2

We had another guest in Lobby who was in the same screening in TH6 but instead of the drama in row 3, this lady was in row 6.  She said the people next to her were talking the whole movie. She wrote a flag and the guests were spoken to but she said they continued to talk. I asked if she wrote another flag and she said no. I said for next time she can write another flag and that we will give one warning and then we kicked people out with the second warning. She was very cool and just wanted to enjoy a movie on her day of. She was happy we heard her out. I gave her two passes and asked her to visit us soon. - AB2 

BAR Staff Observations:

I was able to get Jeshua and Patrick out pretty early. Gabrielle was great giving service in lobby and calling us down when guests wanted to speak with management. Natasha and Matthew were great in Tree's and service was very smooth. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:

Alayna was great tonight in TH3. Rebecca did her thing in TH6. Others were great tonight also but they were the main standouts. - AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 

Had a guest ask if they could buy a ticket to The Brutalist during intermission.  I spoke to managers and we agreed to continue the policy of not selling tickets more than 15 minutes past showtime.  We were also worried about it being a disruption to servers to have to start new tables mid-showing. Figured I'd leave the note in here in case you want us to sell those tickets during the intermission. JH

Maintenance: 

Could we get a camera or two up on the Mezz?  I figure one by the video games and one by the pool table.  It would be really helpful if we could get a glimpse of the crowd up there from the office monitor. JH
