Manager Communication: 
There was a looooootttt of walk-in ticketing once we opened doors, which caused a lot of first round screenings to jump in crowd size and me to be basically glued to the Filmbot terminal until 3:30pm.  This has been a trend for the last few days, but should settle once we get past this weekend. JH

I replaced the garnish Jars with new ones and placed the old ones in a box in the Liquor room above the tea's (labeled as "OG Garnish Jars") in case anything breaks so we have backups. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: 
Bryan and Tevon each handled very busy service passes solo during the first round without issue. JH

Matthew, Bryan, and Patrick crushed it in Tree's! Gabrielle was great in Lobby solo and I had Tevon batching. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations: 
First round was definitely a little overwhelming for the servers on the first floor, but they were all very supportive of each other and floor managers stepped in to assist where possible. JH

Jose was everywhere tonight. He was nonstop supporting every theater. Monica was also in the pass just about all night. She was killing Theater 2 then running support in TH1 and also running some trays to TH4/6. Those two were especially gangsta tonight. - AB2

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Patrick covered Natasha's shift. I switched it in 7shifts. - AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Jared asked that we include a note to bartenders in next week's email that if they receive a theater ticket for 3 Three Floyd's, to pause and not make the ticket until they can confirm with the server that the order is correct.  It's just a note from the last few weekly comp reports. JH

A guest lost a leather brown wallet from TH2 (the paper left says 1103/25... Not sure what seat they were in or if they even know what theater but the guests name and number are Maitland Robinson (203)252-6768. - AB2

Big Geyser (Gosling's Ginger Beer) arriving Monday. JH

Maintenance: 
Bartenders at Trees asked if we could please replace the cardreader at the far end of the bar.  I know this was mentioned a few months ago, but the reader has gotten progressively worse since then, which can really back up service when one bartender is taking care of guests or Trees is just having a busy moment. JH

Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
