Ian and I got the frozen machine that is half broken in a good spot so we can use the liquor room more fully. Ian put away a ton of stuff today. Thanks Ian.-LB

JD and lemonade is not good. -LB

Wicked cannot be stopped, and definitely filled up all its screenings in the second and third rounds.  Ghost in the Shell also did well, but not too many guests lingered at Trees once it let out. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Both bars were kicking off dinner service as I arrived, and service was pretty steady throughout the evening until the third round was settled.  Both Matthew and Tevon stuck around until each bar had gotten through its last high volume service push, and had ample time to restock and reset the bars during the lulls in between seatings.  Jeshua and Patrick rocked each floor solo after that, and closed each bar without issue. JH

Prep List: 
PST, Simple, Tornado, Lemonades. -IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Finback, Union Empire, US Foods, Baldor,  2 kegs of frizzante, one to come tomorrow. -LB

Maintenance: 
Vlad alerted MODs that the railing on the hallway leading from kitchen to Th7 server station was coming unscrewed from the wall.  Ian stabilized it, and added it to the Maintenance Doc. JH

The ice well at the Trees service pass drains incredibly slowly, and caused a mini deluge at Trees when Patrick was closing.  He was able to squeegee away most of it, and we used the air mover to quick dry the floor.  It looks like the connecting pipe may be more narrow than the other wells, so we may need to look into replacing it. JH 

Mobilebytes Issues: 
Internet went down at midnight, which led to some credit card payments being batched.  Then MB on the wall iPad in the MOD office kept crashing. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
