Customer Comments:
There was a table at trivia this evening that brought a small dog with them. The woman explained that the dog was a service animal and had the proper documentation - I did not ask to see the documents, and expected everything to be fine. About halfway through trivia, the "service" dog nipped at Maya' ankles. Maya was a little shaken up and took a break from the floor. We considered asking the table to leave, but Maya insisted it would be fine to let them stay for the remainder of trivia as long as I handled the table from then on. Everything ended up being fine, but I just wanted to make sure that Maya felt as supported as possible. - IP
 
The lovely couple that owns Al's stopped by and I had an idea to sell Al's to go in the summertime to people going to the park.  If we are also able to do packaged beers to go, some liquor licenses are, also some of this is in flux post COVID, it could be a nice revenue source. Happy to investigate.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
The whole bar team was on it tonight. Trivia is always a pleasure to watch as the trio of Darius, Tevon and Maya just crushes. Even with the jarring situation with the table with the dog, Maya was cool as a cucumber and handled her business. Patrick was great in the lobby. Overall a very good night. - IP

Special Events? Trivia in Trees Lounge , Turbulence.
Trivia was packed, unsurprisingly as it was the last of the year. Good crowd, Shay and Kevin kept it tight timewise and we were all reset by 11:15. - IP

Regarding the above incident with the dog, I think it might be prudent to go over all of the service animal procedures, and how we want to handle a situation like the one we encountered tonight. - IP

I moved the still-filtering clarified lemon juice into the walk-in on the bottom shelf under the Firewalk. - IP

The $200 cash is in an envelope in the safe to be used to purchase shot glasses tomorrow as directed by Lauren. - IP

Placed an order for 12 oz water tumblers, coffee carafe and cleaning supplies for coffee carafes.-LB

Maintenance: I soaked the coffee carafes and the coffee filter holding parts in vinegar and hot water. Cleaned grinder etc. I will do this monthly to keep things tasting fresh. 
I rinsed all the ice machine filters, I will also do this monthly.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
