Manager Communication: 
Pretty mellow first round, which gave both bars and all theaters a chance to catch up from this weekend's busy service, as well as prep for a very busy second round. JH

Evening service was quite busy. Jared had to head out early due to a family emergency, so James and I held it down together. The lead bartenders, servers and runners really have stepped up their games in this busy season and should be commended for their efforts. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
The team just continues to crush. With a full arsenal of soda guns, Darius and Tevon were unstoppable during a sold out Wicked and later on for The Matrix. Lydia and Jeshua handled the lobby easily. Lydia took care of a dinner round push solo while I had Jeshua swing upstairs to assist with a busy bar and service ticket crunch. Everyone was super malleable and ready to jump in. Great team. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: 
Along the same lines of reminding servers to not use phones at the bar pass, we should also remind them to keep their voices down.  I have had to remind several servers to lower their voices at the Trees service pass as I was having difficulty taking guest orders at the opposite end of the bar. JH

Special Events?
The Matrix and Drag Show went great aside from getting started about 15 mins late. Decent crowd at Trees before hand, busy service pass. Tevon and Darius crushed the opening drink push.  Jeshua finished closing up the lobby right around the time the special screening was letting out, so he swung upstairs to help with a last minute drink push and to help empty and rinse the machines.  - IP 

86ed / counts on items:
We are almost out of our leftover Ca'Bolani. I put the two boxes+ of the Santa Marina Prosecco in the walk-in to chill in the event we need something to emergency sub for the Frizzante until the new shipment comes in. - IP

Prep List:
Tomorrow I'll tackle a bunch of batching - will need Tornado Wrangler, more Lemonade, Together is Better, and probably some other things I'll remember when I get into it in the morning - but we should be A-ok for the beginning of service tomorrow. - IP

Over/Short on Banks: 
The Trees bank was $2 short when I counted it this morning.  The culprit was a miscounted bundle of singles, which has happened a few times the last couple of weeks.  Please make sure closing bartender and bar manager are also counting bundles when closing. JH

Trees bank was $1.50 short upon closing - IP

Pay Outs:
$40 - 7150 Misc Ops - Kitchen Trail - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US Foods arriving tomorrow.  Also, they will be sending us a credit for the soda box that tasted off.  I'll keep an eye out for the credit on Bevager. JH

Okay- so this is kinda wild, but since we got a new liquor license we might not receive the deliveries right away. But today I ordered the following:

Union Beer- Maybe
Manhattan (most certainly won't arrive tomorrow)
Finnback- She said yes, so its a maybe
12%- Friday
Empire- Its a maybe
Southern

We received Black Walnut Bitters today. Unpacked and put away in liquor room. - IP

Maintenance:
Hose for trees lounge is missing (still?). Not sure where it might have ended up or if we should order a new one. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
