Manager Communication: Great crew tonight. Jenn and I got to touch base. Jared rules. James was really on it and Wyatt closed this place down. It was a great night.

Customer Comments: Some of the lobby people can come in hot. Hats off to the bar team for rolling with the it and taking things in stride.

BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua killed it tonight. Love that guy. He took over service well and like made this little set up for Spoons and just owned the space. It was great. Even Tevon mentioned just how up on it he was. Game ball goes to Jeshua.

FOH Staff Observations: Kedzie rules. Just great attitude and very funny.

Sick Leave/ Call outs:

Special Events? DJ set. John Woods brought the guys who brought the thunder. They were so low maintenance you could forget they were there.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Bar binders are updated with the new drink special, and build sheets for the service passes are printed, cut, and ready to be posted in the morning. JH

86ed / counts on items: Evil Twin (coming tomorrow)

Prep List: 
Just putting a note here to remind myself to check ST&B product levels tomorrow, so that we have enough for the All Ages ST&B on Saturday. JH

R&D comp checks: I manager comped two meals for bar cause they missed family meal, apparently they made too little of it and we had a rush. I'll do better and make sure they are at the least making plates for themselves next time.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
CWD dropped off the third keg of Frizzante from this week's order this morning. JH

12% will be arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance: The lowboy nearest the exit in trees was leaking something crazy and Bryan said it smelled really bad. I told the guys not to restock cause I would pull it out at the end of the night and see what was up.

So fast forward- I pulled it out. Wild. So there was a puddle by the door during the day so I think- someone spilled something- Don't think so. However, it smelled terrible. I think the floor isn't level and slopes down so water just pools under there. Not sure what the source is, but man, it was really gross. More to follow. We will need to restock tomorrow.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
