Manager Communication:
Wyatt and I got the building open easy peasy. First round was super chill, giving us plenty of time to get properly set up for the very busy ELF screening. Ticket sales grew incrementally, but not enough where we felt like we needed more hands. - IP
Ian caught me up on the day and left me all stocked up in a great place for the evening.-LB
I don't know where our straws come from, but I feel like people on the whole do not like them. I had been ordering agave straws from Sysco at my other job and they are pretty excellent. -LB

Customer Comments:  A lovely gentleman in the lobby complemented the wine he got and was super happy with the size and the glass. Chenin Blanc for the win. Everyone else in the lobby is nuts.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Tevon and Matthew are absolute pros. Got the bars opened and rolling with no issue. Brian came in at 12:30 and got Trees stocked up after the ELF rush began to die down. - IP
Openers were great and out of here a little after family meal. Bryan stayed to get Jeshua through the Wicked seating at 8:35. 




Special Events?
ELF screening was a banger. Almost totally sold out with a prolific drink rush. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Ian and I discussed merits/cons of populating MB with drink counts. As always learning from people that have been here is always useful to make proactive choices going forward. -LB

86ed / counts on items: Once we got the cacao nibs in, someone should start more cacao water so we have it in case of Nosferatu mayhem. -LB
It looks like we are out of instant oatmeal for staff. Happy to let the kitchen know, unsure where the little measuring cup for the water went.-LB

Lost & Found?:
A guest in the screening of Don't Look Back in Th. 4 this morning lost a grey and black scarf. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: I order 2 cases of pint glasses since we only have one box in liquor room. I also ordered 3 gallon store n pour and a pack of 6 half gallon since we seem a little short.-LB

Maintenance:
I attempted to reaffix the chemical jug holster to the wall for the Trees dishpit, but that's gonna need someone to hit it with some spackle. If we have plastic screw anchors to use when it's screwed into the wall, that should help alleviate some of the instability of the wall - hopefully that will keep it from falling off for a more sustained period of time. - IP 
I think we have all the irregular collins glasses used for FF back in liquor room. I labeled the racks so no one had to do discovery work on their own.-LB
The gate at Lobby bar has stopped function again. Added to maintenance doc.-LB
We got the coffee cleaning supplies, new coffee carafe and water cups from Webstaurant. I will break out those cleaning supplies next round of my coffee cleaning. -LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
