Manager Communication:
Steady day today capped off with a lovely wedding reception in Trees. Gus got us all batched up and started a new batch of Tarragon Gin that I strained and bottled at the end of the night.  Had good floor manager presence when I got in too - Gil, Carly and Wyatt were takin' care of business. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
We were shorthanded because of Miguel's absence, but as always, our Saturday crew rose above it. Matthew rocked the lobby solo until Patrick came in and Nat, Gab and then Lydia and Jeshua did an excellent job in a busy trees lounge and a pretty busy event. Extra bonus points to Matthew for sticking around in the lobby a little longer than expected to get some garnishes and small stuff ready for the busy Trees service. - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Miguel no-call/no-showed today. Gus was on top of handling the situation. - IP

Special Events?
The wedding reception was a smash! Medium sized group, but large size drinkers! They very much took advantage of their open bar and stayed all the way to closing time with individual checks. Chenelle did a bang up job guiding the guests to a great evening. - IP

Prep List:
I made a double batch of Old Fashioned and Elphaba Elixir - GS   

I made a batch of Traveling Companions. Will likely need more Together is Better tomorrow. Also another Autumn G&T Keg (if we are making more?). I will take a look and get us ahead on some of the basic ingredient type stuff tomorrow when I get in - but for service tomorrow, we're looking good. - IP

A guest lost his debit card in the 3p screening of Conclave in theater 5 today. Nothing was turned in, but his info is below in case something turns up.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
