Lots of getting organized for the new menu today. Everyone was on their game from the meeting this morning all through service. Got all the new product squared away in the liquor room and all the wines stocked and chilling in the walk-in. - IP

It was a long day for everyone but it didn't slow anyone down. Got the openers out of here relatively early as it was pretty sleepy aside from prep for the new menu. Gab and Patrick killed it closing Trees and Lobby solo. - IP

Lauren got to start out the day opening Trees with Matthew, and then she got some time behind both bars to do more POS review, as well as some Filmbot reps. She did her server trail with Rebecca in Th3, starting at the end of the first round and then opening up the second round. JH

Staff meeting was wonderful today! We had a great bar meeting with everyone - got through all the drink info and housekeeping and into the food and bev meeting in great time. All the new food and drinks look and taste awesome - super pumped for the fall! - IP

Lots and lots of big bar deliveries today. Myself, Lauren and Ian took a crack at the liquor room, and Ian is going to give us a head start on stocking walk-in wines. With regards to the liquor room, if anyone thinks there is.a better way to shelve or organize any part of it, just loop the other bar managers in. Gus and Ian did a great job clearing shelving yesterday, so we have a lot more space to play with. JH
Just adding to this - liquor room is looking GOOOOD. Got the Grand Marnier and the Giffard Tripel Sec on the low shelves we cleared, and after stocking the walk-in there is a good flow and good visibility of product. One note re: some of the items received - we have a case of the correct Lustau Los Arcos Amontillado for the Autumn G&T, but the bottles that were stocked on the shelf are Oloroso Don Nuno. I caught it before batching the G&T Keg, but wanted to give a heads up. - IP
Big Geyser (Gosling's ginger beer) arriving tomorrow. JH
