Manager Communication:
Came in a little early and got us batched up on Newfest cocktails. Got the USFoods and Union Beer orders all squared away. Matthew and Patrick got the bars all open and looking pretty with no issue. - IP

The Substance continues to do great in the larger theaters, and both NewFest screenings were close to sold out.  Held off on routing downstairs until after 11:00pm, as T4T kept Trees busy from start to finish, so only Th3 was routed. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
By the time I arrived, all bartenders were in and Ian had gotten us batched and ready for T4T.  Matthew was able to get some batching done, mostly N/A Spritzer kegs, and then got out of here once the second round had settled on the first floor.  Jeshua sailed through service solo downstairs, and was great about me pushing back the routing time to accommodate Trees. 

Patrick, Lydia, and Bryan were an unstoppable team at Trees tonight.  We had a pretty thorough pre-shift, and the half hour set up time when Trees was closed gave us plenty of time to set up the bar.  Patrick shifted between guest-facing and the service pass, and Lydia really took charge during service and was great about communicating any bar needs.  Bryan, similarly, was nonstop, and helped me and Desmond reset the floor afterwards.  As I said, Ian had us set up batchwise, and I only needed to re-up on cocktails twice throughout the entire event. JH

Special Events? 
NF screenings went well and were pretty full, and the T4T event at Trees went smoothly, and was wrapped up by eleven.  Again, bar team crushed it and made it all look easy.  As always, Desmond was fantastic as our point person, and Jeremy was an absolute champion when it came to replenishing the food on Mezz.  Having Rebecca and Sarah up on Mezz was also very helpful, especially since Sarah had a walkie on throughout the event. I batched the vodka, tequila and gin cocktails for the Newfest party tonight. - IP

Lost & Found?: 
A small coin purse was left behind at Lobby Bar.  Nathaniel put it in the safe, as there is cash inside. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Received USFoods and Union Beer orders. Everything accounted for except for Jack's Abbey Pilsner kegs as they were out of stock. - IP

Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
