Manager Communication: 
A very relaxed evening from start to finish with a little foot traffic at Trees before and after Demon Knight. I got all the wines organized and stashed away in the liquor room, and did a little shelf stocking to make some space on the platform where the water cases are stored. Also got the walk-in restocked with Prosecco and a two cases chillin'. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
It might make sense to cut one of our bartenders tomorrow, unless ticket sales grow a lot overnight.  Check out sales numbers when you get in. JH

Matthew and Jeshua both got outta here pretty early (and both went to go see Demon Knight!). Matthew got us ahead on a third N/A Spritz Keg and some more Mr. Fusion - everything else is shiny shiny for tomorrow. Patrick was great in the lobby and Gab and I made quick work of a pretty good drink rush for Demon Knight. All around excellent work! - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Gus had mentioned ticket stacking last week and that did seem to happen during the Demon Knight push. It was all fine tonight, but when we really get rolling soon with sold out 1's and 2's simultaneously, might be good to reiterate that sending drinks as they get them in the theaters will cut down on having many trays just sitting waiting to be served in the stations. - IP

Special Events?
Demon Knight crushed with a little around 100 tix sold - and they were DRANKIN'. Good stuff! - IP

We are FLUSH with product. All set for tomorrow and then some. - IP

The LAST SHIPMENT OF RUBY N/A WINE arrived today!  We got seven cases, and I have told NWB to let us know when they need us to bring some over. JH

Filmbot Issues:
Not so much of an issue, but we had a guest at the box office who had a BOGO code from something called "Flash 50"? As far as I know we are only affiliated with MubiGo and can use Movie Pass if they have the card present. Patrick tried the code, which did not work - and then the guest tried the code via an online purchase on their phone - also no dice. I told them we are not affiliated, but let them know to enter their email for our BOGO program for the next time they come to the cinema.  Just wanted to note this in case it comes up again. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
