Manager Communication:
Theaters were super chill today, but Trivia was groovy. Not super packed like usual, but still a good crowd. Set up went great, until I had to run to theater 1 to help Bryn after she fell and hurt her ankle. Tevon, Darius and Maya have Trivia on a track at this point, so they knew the drill and it was super easy. - IP

Customer Comments:
Trivia crowd was a good mix of the old guard and some new faces. The guest host brought some new blood in, and we also had some familiar Hawks in attendance. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
As mentioned above, the Trivia team is a dream. I had nothing to worry about the whole time - and Brian held it down in the lobby. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Conner was super quick, calm and collected when he came down to Trees and asked if I could come up to theater 1 to help Bryn after she fell. I quietly snuck into the theater and got her some ice and some water. Nathaniel and I helped her out of the theater and got her down to the lobby. From there we helped her out to her car when it came to take her to the hospital. Wishing her a speedy recovery! - IP

Special Events?
My Bloody Valentine screening was easy peasy lemon squeezy. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Bar meeting was great today. - IP

Prep List:
I didn't have much batching to do at all - just made a Nightmare Material.

Will probably need to make some more Mr. Fusion tomorrow. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH

Mobilebytes Issues:
The servers were off the sockets for a bit today - so Jared updated all of the iPads and that should hopefully resolve the issues. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
