Manager Communication:
Super sleepy today all around. Got Darius out of here a little before 7p - swung Lydia up to Trees for the one busy round of The Substance in theater 2 and got her out of here around 9p. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Everybody was great tonight. Only one busy push for theaters 2 and 4 at the same time - and it was handled with ease. Patrick took care of a little push at the bar after The Substance let out around 10:30 like a champ. Shoutout to Brian for making sure to check in on Patrick and grab him a stock at the end of the night when he was all finished and ready to go - love to see the support from lobby to Trees during close. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Brendan and Quetzie did an awesome job traying up and running drinks tonight. Kudos! - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Jenn sick (feel better) - Gus

Special Events?
Screening of "Henry" presented no issues with only a handful of guests. - IP

We are very low on Prosecco - no cases in storage, no backup in walk-in - just what is stocked at bars. - IP

Maintenance:
The ice machine cometh! It ended up working all night and is still pumping out ice as I write this. Big ups! - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
