Manager Communication: What a good night. Energy was popping throughout. Wyatt really took control of the Brooklyn Horror fest. Jared taught me how to make buttons. Daniella and I yacked it up about coming up with a cool cocktail for the winter. A+ game all around. Jenn left the bar set up for success. Everyone was buzzing.

Customer Comments: There is a Manager comp check for $287.50. This is because the host of the Brooklyn Horror fest asked about the Well, wine options and what beer we offered for the tickets. We quickly came up with options, relayed that to the bar team and the party was great. Great energy. After about an hour the host I believe got wind of the different options available and had buyers remorse, and wanted to make sure that the tickets he brought were only good for Narragansett. So I just moved the booze and wine we poured them off to a different tab and rang in Narragansett to appease him. The rest of the party went off without a hitch.

BAR Staff Observations: Patrick was on it tonight. Natasha was killing it. Everyone was ready for this party and ready to serve guests. Jeshua crushed it downstairs

FOH Staff Observations: Servers really got slammed in Theater 2 tonight, needed a lot of support, was happy to provide it by running drinks. Wyatt was really busy supporting them in any way possible

Maintenance: I think we need to caulk under the glass cleaner in trees. It is leaking water where the glass cleaner ends and the counter that holds the clean glasses begins.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
