Manager Communication: 
Yay for weekday holidays!  Pretty busy from the start today, and that just kept up throughout the afternoon and evening.  Trees was pretty packed by 6:00pm, and Tevon smartly suggested we put on the Mets game at 7. JH

Customer Comments:

BAR Staff Observations: 
Dream team out there tonight.  Both Matthew and Patrick set both bars up for success, and sailed through the first round.  Tevon and Natasha were both in by the time Trees had filled up and the second round was beginning in Th1, which kept service running smoothly. JH

Tevon was really pumped up that the Mets won.

FOH Staff Observations: 
First round definitely had some issues with servers either not fully prepping their stations, or not taking ownership of their assigned theaters.  

Th1 had about a dozen guests in the theater ten minutes before doors, with several servers milling about the server station, and then that same theater ran out of booster seats ten minutes into pre-show.  Additionally, Th7's first round pre-show did not start, and it wasn't until a guest (Matthew Viragh) came out to Lobby and told me that anyone knew to alert projection.  Projection got it up fairly quickly, but it was ten minutes into the pre-show and I would have expected the server, in the theater and taking orders, to have alerted us sooner. JH

Rebecca was really helpful during the push unloading glassware for the bar as her theater had a Q&A -Gus

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
