Manager Communication: 
Sort of a chaotic morning as Nathaniel was sick. Shoutout to Rebecca for coming in. We opened the building easily. Chill day. 

When I got in around family meal time everyone was super awesome about being hands-on and getting the bars reset and restocked for some busy upstairs theater rushes. Everything was super smooth - which I deeply appreciated because what I thought was allergies I could push through is quickly turning into a nasty sinus infection and cold. James and Daniella are awesome people and were quick to assure me they could handle anything that went down if I headed out a bit early - which I didn't want to do, but ended up heading out shortly before 11:30. I had Darius come up to Trees after closing the lobby to make sure Brian was all set. The last rounds were pretty quiet so it was all groovy. - IP 

Customer Comments: 
I had a guest who came down to ask for a bag of ice and some water for his wife who was feeling faint during The Substance. I quickly got everything they asked for and suggested some orange juice, which I took to them upstairs in the hallway of the theater. They were super cool about everything and explained that this occasionally happens and it was really no big deal. I kept checking in and they ended up coming down to Trees to hang out for the remainder of the film while their friends kept watching. They were extremely appreciative of the help, and seemed very happy with their evening, all things considered. - IP 

BAR Staff Observations: 
Miguel is a workhorse. Just always ready to jump in and help whenever and wherever necessary. Brian, Darius and Tevon were all excellent tonight as well. Great team. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: 
Cait and Rebecca are solid at their jobs and as people.

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
I was feeling really crappy from the time I came in - I tried to push through to the end of the shift, but as mentioned above, Dani and James assured me I was good to head out a little early and get some rest. I left a little before 11:30. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Darius had an idea to streamline communication with guests in the lobby and clarify things for them - perhaps we could change the specific word "AUDITORIUM" on their tickets / e-tickets to "THEATER" as that is how it's marked everywhere else? He noticed a lot of guests are confused by that word... just wantes to pass that along! - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
