Manager Communication:
Chill Sunday all around. Great managerial presence all day. Good amount of people sticking around to catch a couple innings of the Mets game - otherwise not much to report. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Openers had already been cut when I got in. Held on to Miguel for a bit while Jeshua and Darius restocked their respective bars and got him out of here around 6p. Tevon stuck around to help Jeshua with the dinner round and then got outta here. Darius and Lauren held down the lobby and Jeshua flew Trees solo for the remainder of the evening and crushed. - IP

Hiring/Training:
Lauren started the day up at Trees lounge getting some time behind the bar and learning the service flow and where everything lives. She spent the second half of the evening down in the lobby focusing on Filmbot and helping direct guests to the theaters. She's taking on everything with a great attitude and asking all the right questions. I'm stoked to have her on board! - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Darius brought up a good idea regarding the keys from the bars - he suggested at the end of the night we put the keys in the money pouches that are handed to MOD's and are kept there until the openers receive them the next morning to prevent people from accidentally taking the keys home with them. We should discuss. - IP

86ed / counts on items:
Same 86 list as yesterday - we have some more Mr Fusion now, so I put the count to 15. Should keep eyes on it for service til menu change. - IP

Prep List:
I batched a Mr. Fusion, some more PST Concentrate and a Lemonade.
We will need to make more simple syrup tomorrow (sorry I couldn't get to it!!) - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
