Manager Communication:
ST&B was absolutely popping this morning.  Lots of kids, lots of costumes, and lots of tickets sold.  Wild Robot continues to do really well in all theaters, and Joker sales definitely pick up once we get to the later rounds. JH

Very steady all evening. The dinner round on the first and third floors was packed, and the Joker screenings in 1/2 were also heavily populated. We kept baseball on the TV's all night and it kept a steady crowd at trees all night until around 10:30. IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Easy first round, with Maya and Natasha starting the day strong, with Matthew arriving just as ST&B was kicking off.  Once Gabrielle got in, both bars were able to restock, and then Natasha was able to get some batching out of the way before closers got in. JH

Both bars stayed quite busy all evening. Matthew and Jeshua crushed it in the lobby. I got Matt outta here shortly after the busy dinner round push. Gab, Darius and Patrick worked really well together tonight. Gab took point for most of the busy rushes and it was great to see Patrick really take care to keep the glassware flowing and keep the store'n'pours and stock filled. Darius kept the vibe at the bar up and fun all night, as per usual. They made a pretty busy night go really smoothly. IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Dee, Barry and Brendan all stood out as being a constant presence at the pass and always being ready to support other theaters when needed - but everyone was really good tonight. IP

86ed / counts on items:
We grabbed the last pallet of Al's N/A Lager from the walk-in tonight, and will likely have to put them on a count tomorrow.
After unpacking the last case in the walk-in, we have no more cases of Sauvignon Blanc in the liquor room or the walk-in - just what's on the shelf. Same goes for Ca Bolani Prosecco. IP

Prep List:
I was able to get us ahead on Pineapple Ginger Syrup, PST Concentrate, Simple Syrup, & Watermelon Hot Honey Syrup.  Natasha got a fair amount of batching done once Gabrielle got in, and we are looking pretty well set up for evening service.  We should definitely make Strawberry Mint Syrup tonight, or first thing tomorrow, as we only have one backup keg of N/A Spritzer in the walk-in. JH

I got the strawberry mint syrup made after the dinner round push. We are on the last N/A spritzer keg now, so that should be prioritized first thing tomorrow. Otherwise we look great for the morning. IP

Pay Outs:
$42 - 5200 Food - IP
$153.15 - Home Depot (not actually taken from drawer, but payout was entered today by Jenn) - IP

Maintenance:
Damon came in today and checked out our ice machine at Trees.  Appears that the problem was a wayward wire blocking one of the mechanisms in the harvest cycle, which led to the bin sensor being inaccurate.  He was able to get it up and running, and stuck around for three ice cycles to make sure it was good to go.  He will send an invoice over to Gus. JH

Unfortunately the ice machine continues to confound. It sounded like it was chunking out ice, but after the first hour or so after I came in, it seemed to halt any progress. I turned it off and turned it back on again, and it repeated the same. Made some ice for a bit, and then stopped. Every time it's turned back on, it begins the process, drops like two or three batches of ice and then stops. IP

The drain platform on the beer tower closest to the service pass at trees is now precariously angled down and needs to be readjusted with shims or something of that nature to ensure no drinks slide off and crash into the stacked glassware below. IP
