Manager Communication:
Last round of TH1 was supposed to play "Speak No Evil." The movie was apparently not connected to the projector and could not be played. There was a total of 10 people in attendance and it was suggested to Daniella to play a different movie so she asked the guests what movie they would want to watch. Once I got light of it WE made a call to cancel the projection and call it a night for TH1 since the movie would have ended past 1:00am. Only 4 guests remained during "The Substance" and they were the only ones affected. Everyone was fully refunded for their tickets. I have never experienced this situation so please lemme know if there is a better way it could have been handled. Feel free to Zoom me in tomorrow for the meeting if anyone wants to speak on this further. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: 
Lydia and Darius worked really hard this morning. Both very responsible and keep me informed. - GS
I wanted to speak on the menu change process. Patrick expressed a little frustration with his fall cocktail process. He wanted to make his cocktail for all Bar MOD's and then talk about it. I have no clue on a proper process because I am newer to this process but I felt where he was coming from because his cocktail was really good but not spec'd out the best. Would like to hear everyone's opinions. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Little light in the morning, but the team seemed to work together really well and make it work - GS

Hiring/Training: 
We hired Lauren!!! Yay - GS

The Ectochiller froze through, Darius fixed it, hoping that it doesn't continue. - GS

Mobilebytes Issues: 
We had an issue with a cardreader in Trees, however, Wyatt fixed it very easily. - GS

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
