Manager Communication: 
Tonight was extremely slow so I'm using this area to say good bye. It has been an absolute pleasure working with each and everyone of you guys. I will truly miss Nitehawk and will be back to catch a movie sooner than later. -DL 

Customer Comments:
Conner called made a call from lobby due to a couple having a service dog in his theater with no vest. We moved the guest up to an empty row to keep the dog out of the way from anyone else and to ensure no one tripped over them in the dark. -DL 

BAR Staff Observations:
Jeshua informed me that the filmbot register fell at one point tonight. He explained that he was letting a guest select their seat and he stepped away to finish a drink order. The guest took the liberty to select cash transaction and the register fell after opening. He says nothing fell out and the clamps remained shut when he picked it up. -DL 

FOH Staff Observations:
Kobe (the new server) seemed to be catching on really well. Saw him take a couple drinks from the lobby bar during a sold out Th3 and he appeared pretty confident and completely competent. -DL 

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Cut Darius from the day, as business levels did not call for two closers at Trees. JH

Special Events?
Spirit Riser in TH3 had a sold out round but not many drink orders throughout. -DL

Prep List:
Should make a Fleur Delacour keg tomorrow along with a Mr.Fusion. -DL 

Over/Short on Banks:
Filmbot was $80 short at the end of

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Baldor arriving tomorrow. 
Skurnik arrived tomorrow. -DL

Filmbot Issues: 
New card reader is live at Filmbot. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
