Manager Communication: 
Nathaniel and I opened the building. Pretty busy first round, lots of growth in sales. - Gus

The busiest rounds upstairs were wrapping up by the time I got in around 4:45, but the dinner round on the first floor was firing on all cylinders. Trees had consistent but manageable foot traffic most of the evening. I did some unpacking and rearranging in the liquor room and walk-in as needed. - IP

Customer Comments: 
Lots of kids in the first round. - Gus

"The Substance" continues it's reign of terror - we had couple of people who left early, and a few guests that servers were concerned about. I checked in on said guests and they were totally fine - just grossed out/affected by the film. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Maya crushed it, but we were really busy at Trees to open. - Gus

Everyone was on their game today. The evening really slowed down, but no one lost focus. Miguel was yet again a true team player and swung around wherever he was needed. Jeshua and Darius continue to be great assets to the team. Darius noted that there were no backup lemons/limes cut for Trees so he went ahead and cut some while Trees was in a rush - and Jeshua took initiative to go and sharpen up the paring knives so they'd be ready. Great team work and communication. - IP 

FOH Staff Observations: 
Sienna was wearing a Bears zipup- I liked that. Morning crew did a very nice job running their own drinks, however, I think they are stacking the tickets, which sort of makes everyones life more difficult. -Gus

Sabrina and Cate were all-stars in 4/6 today. They had a bunch of really busy showings and absolutely crushed at the pass. Bravo! - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
