Manager Communication: Tons of manager coverage -Gus

I grabbed a magnetic white board eraser for prep area. It is red and chillin' on the knives slab. -AB2

I keep forgetting to ask but does anyone know where the old red table number tent things are? I would like to bring them over to NWB but I have been unable to find them anywhere here. -AB2

Customer Comments: People seem to like the football. Had a request for a New York Liberty game. I don't have a dog in this fight, but I have read that the popularity of the WNBA is booming right now and the playoffs start soon (I googled)- might not be a bad idea to throw on the Liberty games. -Gus

BAR Staff Observations: Very self sufficient bar. Natasha was on it with the batching. -Gus

- Cut Natasha once she finished batching
- Cut Kelsey at 5:00
- Cut Bryan at 9:00
- Closed with Darius (Lobby) & Jeshua (Tree's) -AB2

Prep List: Natasha pumped out the following:

Lemonade
N/A Spritz
Mint Syrup
Simple Syrup
Negroni -Gus

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Not sure wasabi with the Cherry Tart Juice. I did not see any. Gus can you order some tomorrow? If not I can always order some to NWB on Tuesday. I would like to experiment with the N/A frozen. -AB2

Maintenance: I'm trying to deep clean the bar mats. Might just chuck some of them. -Gus

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
