Manager Communication:
Lovely weather outside, so we didn't get too many busy theaters in the first two rounds.  Definitely began picking up for the third and fourth round. JH

Looking at tomorrow, which looks like it will be similarly mellow in the first two rounds, I pushed Patrick and Tevon's Sunday midshifts back, so they'll be here through all dinner screenings.  Spoke with both of them, and updated 7Shifts. JH

Third round in theaters 1/2/3/7 were POPPIN. As was the fourth round in th. 2 for THE SUBSTANCE. Had a consistently busy bar crowd at trees from 6:30-9:00p. Very sleepy in Trees after 10:00p. Very little foot traffic at the bar after the 9:10 THE SUBSTANCE went in. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Bryan and Miguel handled the opening round before Kelsey and Gabrielle got in for their midshifts.  Once both bars had a chance to reset, Miguel took the early cut.  I had Jeshua come in an hour earlier (3:45pm) than he was scheduled to spread out service needs, and Bryan got out of here once Jeshua clocked in. The two-man batch team of Darius and Tevon last night really set us up for service today, and there was no batching needed during the day. JH

The team was firing on all cylinders. Jeshua and Kelsey were fantastic in the lobby. I cut Kelsey around 7:30 after the rushes in 3/7. Cut Gab around 8:30 when the sold out BJBJ rush was done in 2.
Gab, Lydia and Patrick worked extremely well as a team during the busiest portions of the night.  They were particularly efficient with glassware distro and rotated as far as guest-facing and service bar. Jeshua flew lobby solo after Kelsey was cut at 7:30 and handled everything beautifully. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Caleb was the glassware MVP tonight. When I was traying up drinks, he was always paying attention to running any new racks through dish. Tiffany was the support MVP - always there to grab drinks for any theater that needed them run. Great work. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Reminder that staff food ordered on shift is to be picked up in the kitchen, and not run to whichever theater that staff member is working in.  I will reiterate this note in this week's bar email. JH

86ed / counts on items:
Ruby N/A (just waiting on a response from them with regards to ordering, which I should be getting Monday/Tuesday) JH

Prep List:
No leads were scheduled tonight and we were plenty busy, so I waited til the Th 2 fourth round rush was over to pop back and make a couple things - I batched:
1 Firewalk
1 Nightmare Material
1 Lemonade
1 Espresso Martini
1 Mr. Fusion

The bars are both stocked with Wet Hot American Summer, but there is no backup in the walk-in and no watermelon/hot honey syrup made - should be on the list for tomorrow. Will probably need to batch Cranberry Bog and Grapes of Wrath water at some point tomorrow, but will be ready to roll at open. - IP

Pay Outs:
$50 - 7903: Talent for Event from Trees Drawer - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
After batching Nightmare Material I didn't see anymore Bloody Shiraz Gin - will need to order more to keep the BJBJ special up and running. - IP

Maintenance:
The ice machine stalled out overnight, but has been running consistently since I reset it this morning. JH

The compressor in the ice machine made that loud hissing/screeching noise, so turned it off and let it rest for about twenty mins - but then when I turned it back on it got back to work with no issue.  Seems to be working fine as of this writing and hasn't made a peep. - IP
