Manager Communication:
The smaller theaters, particularly, Th3 saw some busy services today, but the larger theaters were relatively mellow.  Pretty slow for a holiday Monday.

BAR Staff Observations: 
Staffing was basically a relay race today.  Once the next shift got in, the previous bartenders made sure they were set up for service, and then got out of here.  Really consistent communication, and Tevon and Gabrielle held down both bars for the majority of the night.

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Dana gave Paul and bar managers a heads up around 10 this morning that he would not be able to come in for his shift, as he was feeling very unwell.  Paul moved Dana's shift to Sick, and I cam in at three, since numbers were very low during the daytime. 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice drink special is updated on the menu doc. 

86ed / counts on items:
Ebbs Kolsch & Evil Twin IPA (waiting on delayed deliveries).  

Prep List:
I made a double batch of Strawberry Mint Syrup.  And then de-stemmed enough mint leaves to make another double batch.  We should make that tomorrow before the leaves are unusable.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor & US Foods arriving tomorrow morning. 

Maintenance: 
Until we get an Elmco tech out here to check the frozen machine in Lobby, let's have bartenders fill what is normally the Neon Demon tumbler with FWWM.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
