Manager Communication: 
Had a good amount of action and foot traffic today at lobby bar. Bryan was able to hold it down solo for most of the night with Ian and myself just swinging in to help with filmbot. Natasha and Matthew kept Trees on lock after Patrick left. -DL

Customer Comments:
Two of my old coworkers randomly came in- they both know Patrick- they sat at the bar then saw a movie. -Gus

BAR Staff Observations: 
Our team rules. Matthew is going to work on not hooking up Playstations without approval. But tonight I was doing some film notes (will publish tomorrow) and I came out when I knew the rush was going and Ian was working the pass, Natasha, Jeshua and Patrick were working the bar, Dana was supporting, place was humming. Very impressive - Gus

FOH Staff Observations:
Bree, Shae, Quetzie and Caleb all rocked today throughout the building. -DL

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Tasting officially postponed, all working on our separate tasks.- Gus

R&D comp checks: 
I admittedly forgot to punch in the R& D session from the other day, then I went into a couple meetings and legit forgot again, I will make sure this gets done on Sunday. -Gus

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance:
I put plumber tape on the pipe underneath the sink- can wait for Juan to return. -Gus 

Frozen in lobby giving a new issue. The auger will not stop spinning even when the top is removed. Not a big issue but something to note when they come in to fix the other issues. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
