Manager Communication: Lots of coverage tonight on the manager front. Jenn got taken down by a migraine, but there was a relatively light load during the day so it all worked out. 

Customer Comments: Lots of folks came out to see the guy from the movie- the one in the band. Was cool to see trees so popping.

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha is really good at coming in and just owning the space. Team as a whole was very collaborative tonight and ready to work. 

FOH Staff Observations: Lots of guest issues tonight. Danielle really handled them well

Hiring/Training: Ian- training day 3. We dressed very similarly. He really took the lead on handling bar stuff. Helped with batching and was very mindful of when to make rounds and had an overall really good sense of place and timing. I think the man is ready to roll.

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jenn.

Special Events? Rock & Roll movie had a little shin dig at trees after the movie.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Bryan had an idea of swapping some machinery behind the bar, I am into it and I measured it- I believe it will be doable.

Prep List: Tevon knocked out some light batching - 2 lemonades and a keg of N/A Spritzer. He was going to make a keg of Fleur Delacoeur, but there was no butterfly pea/verbena syrup, so I made a batch of it - New Fleur keg should be made tomorrow. Keg on the line is less than half full but good to go for opening tmrw. I also made a big batch of simple syrup. IP

Maintenance: There is a hole in the pipe on the triple sink in the 3rd well. I took a photo. I think we will need a big fix, but in the meantime we will have to at least use plumbers tape.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
