Chill Wednesday night at the hawk! Bartenders crushed it. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Got Gabrielle out when dinner round settled and stock was done in Trees and Lobby. Got Matthew out when TH2 "But I'm a Cheerleader" rush settled and Trees was nice and stocked up. Closed with Kelsey (Lobby) Tevon (Tree's). - AB2

Tevon was a lil bummed because his schedule said he was closing Lobby but also Kelsey's did too. He learned that he was closing Tree's when he got here. I understand his reasoning for being slightly bummed. - AB2

Special Events?
The Cheerleader movie had a solid lil crowd before and after the screening. - AB2

Prep List:
Matthew knocked out a lot of syrups to get us back up for the week now that the new induction cooker is in. -DL 

We should probably do a couple N/A Spritz's tomorrow and should be getting in the Cherry liquor so we can do more Tornado W. - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
The new induction cooker arrived today. 
Winebow delivery came in (after about a week of delays)
Southern will arrive tomorrow. Cherry Sangue is in this order so we can go back to the original recipe of the Tornado Wrangler.  -DL

Maintenance:
Contacted Elmco again today about the frozen machines for a tech to come out. Waiting on a response via email. -DL

Dio is scheduled to come in tomorrow morning at 9am to check both ice machines. Jenn will be in early and I added it to the maintenance calendar. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
