Manager Communication: 
Quick note on the lobby sodas. Gabrielle made a suggestion that we should have cans of each soda so when this does happen we can just pull those out. I agree. It sucks using the 2 quarts for sodas because they are going to go flat quicker and we won’t waste as much product because not everything is going to sell. -AB2

Chill night. Nothing crazy going on. Princess Monoke sold out and we were good with Matthew and Bryan. - AB2

Fruit and garnishes were not top notch. Garnishes did not look good and fruit was sub par. We can definitely give extra care in this department and if the opening bartender is busy or does not have time to grab such things I think we should be willing to grab mint and other fruit to prepare them for success. - AB2

Cue The Montage garnish is running low. Once 86'd Gus and I decided to just call it with no garnish because it is only live for one more day. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Kelsey held it down in Lobby and then moved up to Tree's during the Dinner rush. Matthew was batching while Kelsey and Bryan were holding it down. Kelsey got out around 8:30 after Matthew finished batching and stock lists were done for both bars. Matthew got out at 10:00pm. Bryan closed it down in Tree's and Gabrielle was great solo in the lobby closing it down. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Misha was great doing support everywhere. I saw homie doing 4/6, 3/5/7, and 1/2. He was just holding it down throughout the whole building! - AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Grimm arrived today, but we are going to hold off until Friday for service, so all the menus can be updated at once instead of two nights in a row. JH

Prep List:
Matthew batched us up with
- Negroni
- N/A Spritz
- Honey Syrup
- Butterfly Syrup
- Finished Grape Syrup

We should batch Fleur tomorrow earlier the better. - AB2

Over/Short on Banks:

18th Ward, Empire, Finback, & Union arrived. JH

Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Saratoga waters were put downstairs in Runner station near candy with "Baldor Pickup" signs put on em. - AB2

Maintenance: 
Had issues with the soda guns at Lobby in the first hour of service, so we are bringing soda down from Trees for service.  At the moment, we are uncertain if it is an issue with the filters, or the soda lines themselves.  We have reached out to Coke and ordered new filters, and will update when they arrive. JH

Vlad walkied me about a cover that fell off the ceiling in front of TH5. It looks like it covers the sprinkler system but that it might be a sprinkler from the Pavilion since it is covered. I went to lock it back into place but it was still loose. I figured I would rather take it off than run the risk of it falling out of the hole. The cover is here in the office under wall iPad near the walkie's. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
