Manager Communication: 
Spent most of my day in bar prep, and both bars handled service without issue.  Easygoing day with plenty of well-sold theaters to keep all three floors busy. 

BAR Staff Observations: 
Both bars were prepped and ready for service well before I got in at three, and bartenders sailed through service without issue.  With Gus as an extra pair of hands, Trees did not need any extra support from Lobby, which allowed Gabrielle and Kelsey to focus on the dinner rush and restocking glassware.  Gus and Matthew stuck around until the initial service push from Crooklyn had settled down, and Kelsey swung up after closing Lobby to help Jeshua with the Crooklyn crowd after the screening finished. 

Hiring/Training: 
Gus trailed Matthew for a Trees Lounge open today, and got a full shift behind the bar.  He seemed pretty comfortable behind the bar, and was able to get a feel for how we prep each service station for service.  He is back in on Friday, to train on inventory with me.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
When rearranging the newly-delivered kegs in the walk-in, it looks like the walk-in did not get its deep clean yesterday.  I'll try to get a porter in tomorrow to do a basic mop, but kegs are covering the spots that definitely need a deeper clean.  Just a reminder to check in with FOH porters to make sure weekly cleaning tasks get completed. 

Prep List: 
Going to get ahead on syrups tomorrow morning, which should set us up well for the weekend.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow. 

Maintenance: 
No issues with either ice machine today.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
