Manager Communication: 
Pretty mellow start, but both second and third rounds had plenty of guests in theaters who were looking to drink throughout.  Kept Trees service pass busy all the way to last call, and plenty of guests at the bar throughout the evening. Pretty busy for a Wednesday night overall.

BAR Staff Observations: 
Really great team tonight, especially Darius up at Trees who kept up with a pretty full bar and non-stop service pass in the later rounds.  Once Jeshua got in, Miguel was able to swing upstairs and help Trees with the dinner push, and stayed with Darius when Matthew went to get some batching done.

Prep List: 
We should make another Old Fashioned keg as soon as we get our Rittenhouse delivery.  I destemmed 2lbs of mint, which is enough to makea single batch of Strawberry Mint Syrup, which we should make tomorrow.  Cotton Candy Grapes are arriving with the Baldor order tomorrow, and should be enough to make a triple batch of Cotton Candy Grape Syrup.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
