Manager Communication:
First round was quiet with not many walkins. This helped after the openers had a slight delay. Everything was set up and ready rock right after doors. -DL

The frozen machine at Lobby bar wasn't properly put together so it leaked product and needed to be disassembled. Causing the FWWM not freezing up until after doors. -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
Darius was 20 mins late due to the trains. He's rarely late so I gave him talk about it but did not mark it in his file. Maya was great at helping Trees get set up in time for opening and minimizing any delay. -DL

Natasha had some train trouble and was rushing out of her other job and because of numbers, I decided to cut her today. We managed well with 3 bartenders. I deleted her shift from 7shifts. - AB2

Hiring/Training:
Gus trailed - DL

86ed / counts on items:
Pinot Grigio -86
Saratoga Sparkling on count. Will arrive with US Food tomorrow. -DL

Prep List:
Darius handled our batch prep and rocked Dana's list. - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Union, Empire, Coeur and Skurnik will all arrive tomorrow. The Coeur delivery has the Pinot Grigio in it so please put some in the walkin right away so it can be ready for service and off of 86. -DL

US Food will arrive tomorrow. -DL

Maintenance:
The hot water spigot at trees is now working. Whenever it stops working it means the filters need to be changed. After changing the filters you have to turn the machine off for 10 seconds and then back on in order for the water to start pouring. -DL

Ice Machine made that strange noise again and feels like it is overheating. Is someone already in contact with Dio about anything? If not we can reach out to him to check it out. -DL

The water spout for lobby was unable to shut off. I brought some carafe's and we were doing that in the lobby. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
