Manager Communication:
Solid smooth day. TH3 had issues and we ended up having a nice lil pop in Tree's because of it. - AB2

Customer Comments:
There was a subtle issue with 3 guests (1 party) in Tree's. 3 ladies had 3 separate orders. They all had a burger (each made differently) and one with a Greek Salad. Sal/Torre was having a problem because he brought a different burger out than what came with the burger. They were all confused and we ended up getting to the bottom of and they were cool. Matthew put in all their burgers correctly but they were confused by how things were ran out. I do not think Sal did anything wrong but I wish I knew earlier because I would have brought everything out and just said "This is your burger, This is your burger, and this is your burger." Just something to keep in mind for when we see a runner run a big order to keep an eye/help out if possible. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone was great tonight. Darius was cut early due to it not being. I cut Tevon once he finished batching. Jeshua rocked out Lobby bar solo and Natasha/Matthew closed in Trees. Fun crew and smooth night. - AB2

Got ahead of syrups for the weekend, so we should be set for batching until we have a chance to catch up on Monday. JH

- Honey Syrup
- Wet Hot Syrup (We did not have enough for a full batch so I decided to make the syrup. We had about 4 quartz of WHAM between both bars and prep station so I figured we would be good on batches but we have syrup now to batch for the future). - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Ordered NuFoamicide from Fast Kathy, which should arrive before the end of today. Ordered Harney & Sons, which should arrive by Tuesday the latest, so keep an eye on the area just inside the staff entrance on 14th Street.  Both Baldor and US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH

Upon leaving, I did not see any NuFoamicide. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
