Manager Communication:
Smooth day so far. Was a lil busy but nothing crazy here. Ice machine was on and off in Tree's all day barely pumping out ice and was off at the start of service (before I got in). Tevon turned it on when he got in. It has been slow on ice since then. As of now, it has been pumping out ice but is real low. - AB2

Customer Comments:
There was an odd dude that came into Tree's. He purchased a movie ticket in lobby and Miguel thought he seemed fine and then he was rolling around on the ground with a medicine ball... This is when he came up to Tree's. He asked Tevon what standard of time it was and what time PST is at? He asked Tevon for what seemed like 10 times (in his words). Paul came over and spoke to the guy for a bit. To sum it up he pretty much told him "stop acting weird" and that he was drunk but he was just an odd dude. Maybe 10 minutes later homie started acting weird by seeming like he was about to eat his ticket... Paul came back and homie ended up just leaving and then he came back to refund his ticket. I just gave him are fund to the card on file because he did not have an email on file. - AB2

At about 8:30pm 3 girls & a guy came down from playing pool to tell me that this guy was being creepy taking photos and videos of the girls playing pool and telling them that they were beautiful. When they confronted the guy, he ran away and they did not see him again. They said that he was a skinny black guy with glasses and a bunch of tattoos. They spoke to me again before they left and told me that they found his instagram and that he is apparently here every weekend. His Instagram is @pure_p55. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone crushed it. Was a nice smooth shift. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
