Manager Communication:
Kelsey texted me late last night saying she was not feeling well. No one was able to cover so we're just going to thug it out today for first round. I marked her shift as sick in 7shifts. - AB2

So an update... We thugged it out in Trees. Miggy and I handled business and it was pretty chill I must say. - AB2

Calm evening. Bryan was able to stay a bit late to help cover in Kelsey's absent. Tevon was able to cut out a bit before his scheduled time as he came in a bit earlier for added support. -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
Miggy was awesome in Tree's today. Bryan is THE DUDE!!! Homie BODIED solo lobby like he's been doin' it for 5 years. He has such a helpful attitude and willing to do whatever it takes to make the shift go by easier. All of his walkie calls were warranted and none were unnecessary. Gangsta boogie for sure. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Even with her not feeling too well Ericka was great as normal. -DL

Maintenance:
The hot water at the coffee station by Trees is still not working. The ice machine is producing ice faster. -DL

Mobilebytes Issues:
We had some off socket issues early on before opening today. Paul changed the POS in Tree's (on the bathroom side of things) to the master for mobilebytes so we been rockin' that. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
