Manager Communication: 
Busy Sunday, but staff seemed well equipped to deal with it, even being down a bar manager this morning.  Trees continues to get really great crowds during these busier weekends, and the torrential downpours of August only serve to keep more people here post-movie. 

BAR Staff Observations: 
Tevon did a really great job taking lead on delegating restocks and staffing before I came in at 1:00pm.  Miguel ran Patrick through the ins and outs of a weekend lobby open, and everyone was happily grooving away all morning.  
Kelsey has really stepped her ability when it comes to leading the service pass, which is great to see.  And Bryan was so in-step with busy service pushes and restocks this evening that you wouldn't believe he had just started training in July, he really gets what needs to be a priority and when.  
Both Darius and Jeshua showed up ready to close, and I gave them an overview of the rest of the evening as I am out of here before last call. 

Hiring/Training: 
Patrick had his first day of training behind lobby today, opening with Miguel.  He was flexible enough to float upstairs to help Trees navigate busier service pushes before Bryan came in for his Trees mid shift.  He has gotten positive remarks across the board from all the bartenders he has worked with so far, and seems really engaged with guests when not in the service pass. 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Can we get a second card reader at Trees?  Tevon mentioned that having two would be really helpful when the bar is full, and definitely for special events like Trivia. 

86ed / counts on items: 
86'd Interboro (hoping for a response from Draft Choice tomorrow morning about coming out to repair the line) & Tornado Wrangler (no more blood orange juice in house). 

Prep List:
Was able to get a single batch of Strawberry Mint Syrup made today, but it did not cool down in time for myself or Tevon to batch more N/A Spritzer kegs, so we will definitely need to batch two of those tomorrow.  The last keg of it was connected at 9:15pm though, so we definitely have enough to start the day.  Tornado Wrangler can be made as soon as our Baldor order arrives, and we should also make some more Cue the Montage, as I'm sure the later rounds of Deadpool will fill up.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor and US Foods arriving tomorrow.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
