Manager Communication: 
CatVideoFest continues to sell out, and All About My Mother was close behind in sales, so I would expect much the same tomorrow morning.  It was beautiful outside, and no big releases landed this week, so we definitely saw a dip in ticket sales, but this really gave us the time to reset and restock steadily throughout the day. JH

Calm but busy day if that's a thing. The last round for Th 1 4 and 6 were all close together and sold out however the bartenders never got backed up. Lydia was a great support to Gab on service bar while Tevon took lead at taking care of the guest. -DL 

BAR Staff Observations: 
Super smooth service today, Bryan and Natasha absolutely set each bar up for success.  Bryan has a really good handle of service at Lobby Bar, and said he feels like he's settled in to opening/closing both bars.  Matthew and Tevon helped Trees get through some service pops, and then Tevon got us batched up for dinner service. JH


FOH Staff Observations:
Misha was great support throughout the building today. He got swung downstairs and still was on the look out for upstair support. -DL

Prep List:
We made more mint syrup today but could not make any kegs in time to charge them. There's 2 kegs in the walkin, please charge them at before doors tomorrow so they can be good before the first rush. -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Ordered more water cups and beige glass racks. -DL

Maintenance:
The water at the coffee station at Trees is not getting hot. Not sure what the issue is but added it to the maintenance doc. For now let's fill a clean coffee urn with hot water from Lobby bar so we don't have to keep running downstairs for tea. -DL

Ice machine was moving extremely slow tonight. I turned it off and on and it seems to be working but should definitely double check in the morning. Not sure if these two issues are connected to one another. - DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
