Cool night at the movies. Was smooth and chill. Event was fun and the crew was great. Nice solid shift. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone was great tonight! Tevon batched us up and got out. Darius helped out for the event and when we were coolin’ we got him out of here. Gabrielle held it down in Lobby solo and we closed Tree’s with Natasha and Matthew. - AB2

Chenelle was in the building. The event was smooth and chill. Was a good time. -AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
We should make a schedule for cleaning the sugar containers at Bar Prep, as they can get a little rough looking. JH

I agree. I cleaned the sugar containers quickly and ran the plastic through dish. Was a nice quick clean so definitely can be better but is currently presentable. - AB2

Evil Twin (I saw we had ordered it, but didn't see anything in the walk-in- I hooked up a keg with no label but was the same make of keg, we pulled one, must have been from in the line cause it tasted normal, but was most definitely not Evil Twin- caught it pretty quickly-looks like the order was never placed on the end from 12%, can follow up on Monday, but likely 86ed for the weekend) - GS

Prep List: 
Tomorrow is looking similarly mellow, so I'll get us ahead on some Strawberry Mint Syrup in the morning. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Ordered straws and sugar on Amazon for the Beetlejuice drink special, which should be arriving on Sunday.  We will be splitting the straws with NWB, as there are 1,000 in a case. JH

Maintenance: 
Leaving the FWWM tumbler in Lobby empty for now.  If we have some downtime tonight, or tomorrow morning, Lobby bartender should clean the remaining tumbler and sub the FWWM for the Neon Demon, to cut down on trips to Trees for first floor servers tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
