Manager Communication:
Smooth sailin' tonight. Lots of teamwork on all ends. Bartenders, Servers, and Runners. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone was great tonight. Was able to get Darius out of here early. Tevon got out after batching. Matthew was done after last round settled. Gabrielle closed Lobby and Natasha closed Tree's. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Jovani crushed it tonight. Raekwon, Bre, Brendan, Quetzie, Michael, Juliana, and Vinny all did their thing tonight. Was smooth and chillin' with a great server squad. - AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Grimm is on all menus, up on the draught lists at Trees, and in service for the rest of the season. JH

Prep List:
Tevon batched us up with

- Bloody Mix
- 1/2 batch of Tornado (we only had 16oz BO Juice and I used Luxardo instead of our usual cherry liquor (because we are out) and we did a little teetering for this batch but we have.  

I batched an Old Fashioned. - AB2

Over/Short on Banks:

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow.  Stumptown arriving Tuesday. JH

Maintenance: 
A new induction burner and chest freezer have been ordered for Bar Prep. JH

The white card reader at Trees would not connect to the POS at the far end of the bar. It's an unlabeled unit so Jared had to cycle through and try every one and still no luck. At the end he was able to grab one from Th1 to connect to it for the time being. -DL

It seems like Bryan's move troubleshooting the frozens downstairs worked. Have not had any issues today (knock on wood). He broke apart the back and gave a good cleaning to the temperature gauge. Maybe we can do the same to Tree's to fix it. If I have any time in my next 2 shifts when it is slow I will do that. - AB2

Grimm has been added to the POS. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
